You most likely will need to provide your current employer's information, but if you are working under the table this may be tricky, especially if you are not being paid by check. If you are being paid strictly in ca$h payments, then you have no tangible proof that you are working for them and it will not be an easy task to prove you are their employee.

I was let go from my previous full time nannying job. Everything was on the books. Since then, I've only been able to find some part time work. I am not getting paid on the books for that. I need to apply for unemployment benefits and want to claim my part time work. Will I need to provide my current employers' information or can I simply say I'm making x amount per week from babysitting? TIA
