Anonymous wrote:My last two employers have been 3 years older than me (I'm 27). It's nice to have someone to relate to but has been a tad bit depressing at the same because they are living the life I wish I could. It's easy when your younger and your employes seem way older but once that gap closes and you realize it will take you much longer to get where they are, not so great anymore.
