Yes, this is true.
A lot of women take them while they are trying to conceive so they can prepare their bodies to be healthy.

Maybe she is attempting or maybe she's taking them just incase. You are told to take them right before you about to start trying.
Good luck. My mb is pregnant now and I'm not very excited but that has to do with the fact their young toddler is challenging and definitely won't adjust well.
