Clearly, this is a huge issue. You should go out immediately and buy your nanny different clothes. Like a large potato sack. Buy lots of junk food and switch out her skim milk for full fat milk -- anything you can do to make her gain weight and be less attractive.

Let me guess, she's young and attractive? Oh and she's probably the friendly outspoken type as well. I bet she's just talking to the dads and the moms are getting jealous of the young, attractive nanny. I don't know how you'd go about saying something nicely to the nanny. It isn't her fault the the other moms are apparently jealous.

We've had our nanny since the beginning of summer and we love her. Yesterday, however, I received an odd email from another class mom that I'm friendly with. She informed me that she as well as some other parents have noticed our nanny "flirting" with some of the fathers while waiting to pick up my child and while he plays on the playground after school. I disregarded the email at first as it seems silly, but should I at least mention something to my nanny? Not accusing her of anything, of course, I frankly doubt she was doing anything more than being friendly, but just to be cautious with her actions around these parents?
