My nanny's been working with us for 7 month ( Nanny share)
She finally decided to take her vocation. She's going overseas for a month and some days.
The contract stated that she could have a two week paid Vocation. Howver she is providing a back-up Nanny for the extra time she is spending there.
Is this okay?
Should we consider that new nanny she's providing?
