OP, I'd ask your MB and/or the other mom/nanny. If the kids eat an early lunch (11.30ish) they won't need a snack during that time. And it will become more of a snack playdate vs a playing playdate
That is basic snack food most people keep in the house for those age kids. Really, it isn't that hard to pull out some crackers You always offer. Its ok for someone to decline.
Crackers fruit veggies AND cheese?! That it not a snack.

Because as you said it, it's not my food. The most I could offer is a piece of fruit and even this would be a stretch for 4 people.

At 2 & 4, parents/nannies typically pack the child's own sippy cup. I would offer a drink at best, it's only a hour. And this has nothing to do with being impolite, snack time cuts into their short playtime.
