You can also do a live-in (not an AP) who would be more willing to do a split day since they would have no commute. You wouldn't have to deal with agencies for an AP, the limit on hours, the small stipend they get (and everything else they technically get from you) while the agency gets like $8000. You can even find someone that might be willing to do a straight exchange of work for room and board, or plus stipend depending on the total number of hours and if you have a house set up to have someone live in.
