We text. If I have pics to send, I email. And I keep a paper log.

It works for all ages, there are options to customize the app as the child grows older. I use it with my 11 month and 3 year old charges.

It's for to do lists and shopping lists, but my employers and I use Cozi to communicate these things.

Everything else is done by email and text.

I also love Baby Connect. You can download it for iPhone or Android. It's really cute, it has little icons for Feedings, Activity, Sleep, etc., and you can also upload photos with captions.

Baby Connect, it costs $4.99 but it is well worth it.
