I'm a nanny with a similar relationship and I know the feeling of really wanting to give back in a way! But know that you already really do by taking fantastic care of their kids!
If you really feel obligated maybe write them a nice letter expressing your appreciation and offer to babysit for a free date night if it's feasible to you.
