I'm hesitant to address this as a "nanny" as I'm yet to find someone on a part-time basis to do anything aside of basic care for my children. Which is fine, taking good care of my children is the highest priority. But I refuse to pay a premium for simple household duties and children's laundry that never gets done. Any help is much appreciated!
Not the best attitude to have, I must say. Why do you assume the laundry won't get done?
It isn't the point, but I'm curious how you'll only need someone for 20 hours per week to watch a toddler. Are you a SAHM? Work part time?
If the people you're interviewing refuse to do any work outside of childcare, your price is too low and/or you're interviewing the wrong people.
