Not that I'm defending the pot-smoking nanny, but a lot of people who smoke pot habitually don't seem or behave oddly after smoking. I smoke (never before work!) a there's nothing I can do sober that I can't do high. Nanny should not be showing up to work anything other than sober, but it doesn't surprise me the parents don't notice.

I didn't ask (I was pretty wide-eyed), but I think she said one of the girls was 6 or 7 now and that she didn't work for them anymore.
