I spend 1-1.5 hours ( and often a bit longer ) just getting to and from work each way. I am not traveling that far, but since I take the bus, I am spending more than 3 hours a day on my commute. I live in Springfield, VA and work in Del Ray, Alexandria. I work 8-5 M-F. My bus pass is only $35/month and I am trying to save as much as possible before graduate school next year.

8:30-12:30 F
Commute: 5 minutes from my apartment or 25 minutes from my boyfriend's apartment (stupidly, I do the 25 minute commute almost every morning)
Location: Canada

7:30-5:30/6
25-45 min commute depending on traffic (I live 8 miles away)
Chicago

Hours: 8am-6pm
Commute: 5 minutes (or a 40 minute walk)
Location: Seattle

I work 7-3:30 M-F and I commute 30 minutes in Orange County, CA

8:30-5:30 or 6 Mon-Fri
30 minute commute, DC area

8-8 Los Angeles, commute 1hr there, 15 mins home.

7am-3pm M-F
10 minute drive commute in Southern California..

7-7. commute is like 10 minutes.

7-5:15pm M-Th, 7-4pm F
30-45 minute commute depending on the time of day

5:30-4 m-f
2 minute commute

7:30-6 Monday-Friday
My commute is driving 20-30mins, 45-1hour if I take public transportation to South Boston. I live 5miles away

8:15 -330 M-F (occasionally starting at 8 when DB or MB travels)

I walk to and from work. 12-15 minute walk.

8-6 Mon-Fri
45 min commute (D.C. area)

Work 9 hours a day (8-5)
Commute 15 mins. I live 3.5 miles away. I live in a city outside Los Angeles (Burbank) & work in the same city.

Figured the rate threads always get well exaggerated - this seems harmless.
