Seems rather long to me to. Do you think she might be wanting to stay out of your husband's way? Or does he stay in another part of your house. Having a work at home parent, is usually a difficult situation, unless it's big house and the nanny can stay apart from the working parent.

In bw naps and sometimes brings lunch...I only know bc my husband works from home...most people would never know bc how would they ever know unless nanny tells them....

3 to 4 hours at a time, without coming home in between or 3 to 4 hours total over the course of a day? That seems really long either way but if it's 3 to 4 hours at a time, I'd be very worried - what on a earth is a one-year old doing out in the heat for that long of a stretch? And what about meals and naps?
