Besides DCUM, where else can I post a referral for our nanny? We are in NoVA. When we were in AU Park, there was an active neighborhood Yahoo group where people posted about their nannies becoming available for work. Is there a NoVA listserv/group? I've never found a good one. Or any other ideas? I'd like to help our nanny as much as possible. Thank you!
