My previous nanny job, I would make enough variety of baby food to last a month. When the children got older, I would create a meal chart, gorcery shop, and prep all their meals for the night. My current position, my families really wanted to do everything so I'm treated more like a babysitter with no housework or meal planning. I don't even give the children their daily baths or organize their clothes. It's odd for me since I'm used to doing and planning everything related to the care of my charges.
+1. Meal planning and preparation for the kids, baths (depending on work hours), and often food shopping for the child are all very standard duties for any full-service nanny.
