You watch the nanny cam footage? If so, that isn't a very smart MB or DB, since obviously they know about the camera and have access to it. The cheater will get outed by that on its own.

You should just stick to your job and mind your own business.

Mind your own business. It's their choice and you have NOTHING to do it. I have been in the situation with two different families and have known about it both times. It's a real crappy place to be but your job is to care for the children, not monitor the parents relationship.

Also, if they have an open marriage and both parties are aware of what's going on it isn't an affair.

Honestly, I would worry about my job fist and start looking elsewhere. I probably wouldn't say anything, but I also wouldn't cover up for either.

And yes, I would absolutely judge.

Or if MB was having an affair? Not suspected, but KNEW that they were having sexual/romantic relations with another person. Would you say something, or just mind your own business? I mean, assuming your employers aren't in an open relationship.
