My kids have a specific diet that's why I'll give all the food they'll use.
She wants $17/hour for when she's watching my 2 kids only, $15 for when she's watching the other family's only child and she wants $8/hour per kid while in the share.
Since I'm driving my kids there every day and not having all the benefits of having the nanny in my hope I thought $16/hour was a bit too much for shared care in someone elses' home.
Am I off base here?
$24/hr is definitely on the higher end. I would counter offer with what I think is fair, and be prepared to walk away. For $16/hr, you can easily get your own nanny in your own home.
