I'm a MB and I disagree. I trust my nanny to treat my daughter as she would her own child, our nanny is like part of the family and with my daughter most of her day. If my nanny trusts someone enough that she would leave a child she cares about as much as a know my nanny cares about my daughter with, than I trust that decision. I know she would never put my baby in any situation that wasn't safe!
