$15-20 per hour, provided that she is your employee and not the employer of a company that is licensed, bonded, and insured. In the latter case, expect $20-25 per hour, because you need to factor in the company's insurance and payroll tax burdens.

Planning to hire a housekeeper for 16-20 hours per week, 3 or 4 days. She'll do all cleaning, laundry, and organizing/straightening, probably some cooking and very occasionally watch a child. What's a fair rate for NWDC or close-in MoCo?
