+1. But the problem is likely dehydration, which can markedly reduce breast milk supply. Drink lots of water and you should rebound.

I had the stomach virus on monday, and am still not feeling back to normal. I vomited only once, but didn't eat much for 2 days. I've been trying to force myself to eat even though I'm still not feeling great. However, my supply seems to have dropped a lot. I'm breastfeeding and pumping as usual for my 9 MO, but pumping doesn't seem to be as successful as usual. Any tips to getting my supply back to normal?
