The host family would receive a specific number of hours in exchange for allowing the specialist to live with them. Because this is a new program, we are interested in knowing people's thoughts about whether they think this would be of interest to them. We really hope to push the program in order to help military families especially at some point.
OP, try more like this:
_________ is a local newborn care agency founded in ______. We are looking for families with new babies who would be willing to host infant care specialists in their home while they are in training with multiple local families. This is a pilot program we are offering in the hopes of reaching families that otherwise wouldn't be able to afford a baby nurse.
In exchange for allowing the infant care specialist to reside in their home, the host family will receive a set number of hours (~_ - _) of baby nurse coverage as well as individual guidance on sleep training, feeding schedules, or _____. If this sounds like something you might be interested in, please reach out to us at
_____@___.com or (123)456-7890 with your questions and concerns. Ultimately we are hoping to get this program running smoothly so we can offer targeted support to military families.
