My 5 year old daughter will be starting kindergarten in the Fall, and I'm exploring nanny share arrangements for my 1.5 year old. Would someone be kind enough to provide some info on what to expect? What is the normal charge per family in a nanny share if there are 2 children, hopefully around the same age? I'm looking for 15-20 hours/week and live in Clarendon and already have an amazing nanny I am very happy with. In other words, I will be looking for another family to share my nanny with, and wondering what to expect in terms of cost. Would we just split the cost of what the nanny would normally charge for 2 kids? thanks in advance!!
