how much did you pay her? was she live in or live out? did she do other duties besides childcare? how's her english? did she speak spanish with your child? thanks

My family is relocating from the DC area and we have a fantastic nanny that I'm trying to find a job for. She speaks Portuguese, Spanish and English, is reliable, has her own transportation, and extremely active with our lively 3 year old. She has become a member of our family. I'm devastated that we can't take her with us!
