One busy MB here and I check them all the time. I fully trust my nanny, but I check to see if I know the kids involved.
As an aside, I brought my DCs at the playground today and there were 8 nannies there with their charges and they were all doing an amazing job. I was really impressed with how well they worked and played with the children and watched out for everyone's charges. This is the regular group that my DC plays with almost every day and it made me feel very comfortable with how they spend their days.so thank you to all the wonderful nannies and APs out there!
