Then stop complaining. You are not going to get a "professional" salary caretaking. If salary is important to you, use your education and get a job that pays higher.
There are plenty of fields that are considered "caretaking" (not really a word BTW) and they pay "professional" salaries. If you have something against nannies, that is one thing, don't bash everyone that chooses to care for others for a living though. And guess what, being a nanny is a professional career to many people, and we are compensated as such.
