In a nanny share, and both families use Homework Solutions. They have been very easy to work with. Our nanny requested them when we started last year and so far so good.

OP have you considered doing it yourself? You have to do the filing yourself anyway and it not hard to set up payroll software. We used Intuit and it was great.

GTM - they are absolutely amazing and do EVERYTHING for you! No need for an accountant afterward either. they pay all of the taxes on your behalf, create all of the year end forms, and do everything by direct deposit / ACH from/to your account.

We use Breedlove. Definitely not the cheapest but they are amazingly responsive, very helpful, on time, accurate, and relieve me of worrying at all about any aspect of our nanny's compensation or our tax obligations.

The only thing I really wish they offered was a vacation/sick leave tracker. But overall they're great.

2nd homework solutions.

Kathy the owner is local, often offers her expertise free here to help others, and is very involved in the nanny community.

My last bosses used this service and were very happy- and I was as well! Never any problems.
