It's perfectly ok - great even - to have nothing negative to deal with in a review. You can always talk about what their goals might be for the upcoming year (plans for potty training, working on reading/writing, etc...)

But if everyone is genuinely happy with how things are going that's great. Don't overthink it.

Op here, thanks for the reply. She already goes to music and swimming classes and i do get gas reimburse, ent (.55 a mile) She is still on two but will be transitioning in the next month or two. They have a cleaning service that comes every other week so my duties are strictly child related.

As the LO transitions to less naps (is LO on two naps still or down to one?) you can ask about other responsibilities they need you to take on.

If there are places/classes you'd like to bring the LO to, that would be a good time to bring it up. (and gas reimbursement, if you're driving LO).

And make sure they know you're happy.

I have been a nanny for over five years for I have been with my current family for almost a year and my annual review is coming up next week. In the past I have always gone into the review with a list of things to discuss. However with this family I am incredibly happy and they treat me very well. I only have one issue to bring up. Little one is 14 months. My question is this. What topics do other nannies bring up?
