I have not heard of any of them making what you posted. The most I have seen was $100k and they wanted someone that spoke different languages, had a high level degree, etc.
To be honest, I don't think a job like that is worth it just for the money. You could easily find a job in NYC or Boston working normal hours (up to 60) that pays in the $50-$60k/year range.
I agree - would love to hear from someone who's seen jobs like that paying more. I know of some internationally that do pay in the 120K-180K range, but havent seen that in the States.
I make between 45-55K a year as a nanny (depending on which year we're talking about) and have evenings and weekends free! Can't imagine giving up all that personal time for a relatively moderate increase.
