definitely neighborhood list serves. You want a nanny that knows you area and comes with a recommendation from someone you can actually verify.

Neighborhood list serves. In silver spring there are two moms groups and someone is always posting about a nanny share or looking for a new job for their nanny before preschool starts for their kid.

Her current job might be ending. Your can give her your contact info in case she might soon become available, or she knows of anyone else. You can also ask her about doing occasional weekend sitting.

We stole our sons day care teacher away to be our nanny when we had our second child. Best decision we ever made. Those ladies are so underpaid and overworked andours was educated and LO loved her!

Have you had a nanny or sitter before? What qualities did they have that you liked, or didn't like? In other words, what are you hoping to find and / or avoid?

We are looking to do a nanny share with another family and have posted on care.com and sittercity.

Any other ideas of where to find reliable nannies in the Montgomery county?

Or are any of you ending your nanny relationship and want to help place her into another good family situation?

Any, and all ideas welcome on how to go about this process!?!
