Some AP extend their stay using a student visa, still live with the family and get paid for their work.
She'll be legally in the US but not allowed to work.
So NO this is not legal.

On some kind of visa. Requested us for support. Anybody done this? Anybody know of this being done? We have not got any more details as yet and will likely not seek any details till we have confirmation that the option is above board with the law. Thanks in advance.
