Why are you posting here?

Our wonderful nanny, TraciAnn, is looking for a new full time position to start in
mid-May. We will be really sad to see her go but we won't be needing her help anymore.
TraciAnn is such a gem and has formed fun, loving bonds with our almost 2 year old twins.
The girls have learned so much in her care. TraciAnn truly has a unique gift
relating to kids. From the moment she arrived for her interview with us, she has been
engaging with the girls. She is able to very naturally have fun with them, love them,
teach them and set important rules with them.

Although she has only been working with us since September, I know she has worked with
infants also and older kids. Friends of ours have hired TraciAnn for occasional
babysitting and have also been thrilled with her caregiving and her way with little ones.
TraciAnn has formed friendships with other nannies in the neighborhood and routinely
organizes play dates with them and takes the girls to other activities. Furthermore,
TraciAnn is absolutely reliable and flexible. I cannot rave enough about her. If you
