^^ This. I, for one, would try to get a little ahead on my bills and keep the extra. It sounds like she's always paid you eventually.
It's a bit concerning that even with all this extra cash, you're still living paycheck to paycheck; try better budgeting. If you start getting your checks on time, but no bonus, will you be able to manage?
And no, I don't think there's any way to ask her to pay you on time but also insist she keep up the tips. If you ask to be paid on time, you take your chances there.

You can certainly ask to be paid on time but I wouldn't expect to see a bonus if you make a big deal out of being paid late.
If you've come to count on the bonus (which you shouldn't anyways) or if the bonus is worth being paid late then don't mention anything.
If you decide to make a point about being paid on time you can start reminding your MB a few days ahead of time that it is going to be payday. If she doesn't have it ready for you on payday you can have briefly mention how you would really appreciate if you can start getting your paycheck on your scheduled payday because it makes it easier to get your bills out on time.

I love my employers and my charges, the only issue is I swear every payday MB asks me if I can wait till tomorrow, or sometimes even a few days later. I know this is unprofessional, but I can't find myself to bring it up because she ALWAYS bonuses me on my checks. She'll bonus me up to 100 dollars over what I earned that week (I'm on an hourly wage) and so I feel guilty asking her to pay me on time since she's always overpaying me.
The issue lies with me having to make many payments (I'm a live-out) and sometimes when I'm paid late it puts me in a mind. Thoughts?
