The fact that I full control over the day, I can go anywhere I like with the children and feed them whatever. My judgement is never questioned. I can run errands in between children activities, bring my dog to work, never have dress up and recently I've been allowed to do my p90x work during naps. I basically act like a stay at home mother with less housework and errands. Oh and being able to nap is awesome.

Netflix,random days/weeks off at the last minute, they don't care if I bring them to my house if I want to come here or need to get things done,not having to get dressed up(it takes me like 10 minutes to get ready to go in the morning..),and the list goes on and on

Getting random unexpected days off, getting 8+ weeks of paid vacation days because family travels several times a year, have been referred to other great families.

I get my baby fix.

I previously worked at a Daycare center and the adults acted more like children than the actual children did.

My employers aren't wealthy, so no limo or maid for me.

Lots of paid vacation-6 weeks last year. The family travels a lot. I get to do my own traveling.
