I am sure that you want this website to be useful so that you and others like you can find jobs. However, when you post replies such as this:
10$/h ...? For baby with special needs...!!!???
NOBODY going to work for YOU !
It causes posters such as the one to whom you are replying to get upset and stop using DCUM. When this happens enough, word gets around that DCUM is not a good place to find a nanny. That's bad for DCUM, but it is also bad for you since you won't be able to use DCUM to find a job.
If you see an advertisement that doesn't appeal to you, please just skip it. That will be best for everyone.
