Call some agencies and tell them you might be looking in a few months. Ask parents for a written reference for a volunteer opportunity, just in case. Take an infant course, start babysitting for families with infants and decide what your willing to accept if they do decide to keep you.
Basically start preparing for both possibilities, either staying or being let go. Once they tell you about the pregnancy then you go forward with your plan of action
