I worked with a lot of big agencies I have a 4 year degree and was with my last family for over 6 years.. families were really attracted to the longevity.

I do get to travel the world, but I also work my butt off.. 60+ hours a week

I am currently here with the family I nanny for we arrived the same day as Brad and Angie (they have a home on the private island). We have a home next to Bruce Willis and the Jolie/Pitts were renting Donna Karen's house (next door to Bruce's) they did not have 12 nannies..

I'm sure it was for split shifts?? And there are 6 kids but damn I previously was a travel nanny for 5 kids and it was just me.
