+1 Since you are asking this question you should also consider what you do as far as sick days, bad weather days, and vacation (yours and hers). Standard PTO package for nannies tend to be 2 weeks vacation (one week of her choosing and one week to coincide with yours) and 3-5 sick days. People often forget to include something about inclement weather in the contract and it is sure to come up if you don't!
