Live-in 24/7 nanny.  No flex schedule, just available as needed (certainly more than an AP is).  And provided you’re willing to clearly list the duties and I agree to them (and feel that’s it’s actually possible to accomplish them while doing the main task of educating the children), I’m happy to take on many, many tasks.  [b]But I expect adequate compensation and to be treated like what I’m doing has value[/b], not like any random person with no experience and no education could do the same or better.[/quote]
