[/quote] If your budget is too tight to pay for the extensive list of tests and vaccinations you insist on for a nanny you hire, then your budget is too tight to hire a nanny. Of course, you can continue to stay on the ridiculous path you are on, but you definitely need a childcare backup plan so that you have childcare when you have to go back to work. I suggest comparing the cost of traditional daycare vs. a home based daycare. And you wil need to accept that in any sort of daycare, the owner makes the rules, and will laugh in your face if you ask about her immunization history. [/quote]
