Why would you pay $3K for the ambulance ride?  She should have insurance.  You are the problem.  Why did she get money as it was your car and insurance.  Give her two weeks notice and go into rematch.  Tell her you are deducting her pay from the money she owes you.  No more driving in your home.[/quote]

She lies, wrecks your car, somehow gets you to hand over 3,000 and you still let her watch your kids?
