We all can bicker here but at the end of the day we are co-dependent. I may be biased toward nannies because I was one and know the hard work that goes in. Heck I met a lot of moms at parks and classes who whined all the time about how hard it was to stay home with their kids for free. Apply that feeling toward your caregivers because at the end of the day all nannies want is appreciation and a little trust. That's not too much to ask here, ladies. [/quote]
