You three posters don't sound like you know what you're talking about with that ridiculous scheme. You think family B will agree to increase their costs every time family A doesn't need the nanny, for whatever reason?

It seems to balance out. If one family were suddenly taking way more vacation they would need to revisit the agreement, but most people are not trying to nickle and dime each other the way nannies on this forum seem to.[/quote]
