You find parents with bigger houses, OP.  My employers are both home now too but I never see them!  We have a playroom, bedrooms, family room, huge yard, pool and swing set outside.

I’m at around $65k too before bonus and healthcare insurance for two brothers (2.5 and 6 months).

We have a nanny and DH and I share an office. We cannot hear a single thing. We even have our own fridge, Pelton, and attached bathroom in our office. We walk in that office at 8am, I exercise at lunch and leave the office at 5om. Nanny has her routine and I have mine.  Sometimes I join the kids for a quick lunch, but that is all.

Also our older child is in school 4 days a week.
