Lol! You had no idea? We have school aged kids and only use morning hours 2 mornings a week and afternoon hours 5 days a week. She averages 25hrs a week. I know their EXACT hours because I treat the stipend as a minimum and make sure to pay federal minimum wage if I go over 27.5 hours. Sometimes she works more, sometimes less.

My kids are older, so our peer group is older and dont know many people who go the maximum 45hr limit.

Yeah yeah we read your other post in the other thread, since you are so great, why do you only pay minimum wage if they go over 27.5 hours? you should pay minimum way all the time and you will actually have something to brag about. Try some to do some basic math and you will find the answer you are looking for.  It is truly no more advanced that 5th grade level math. I'm kind of surprised a (presumably?) educated adult has to ask this.[/quote]
