Your LCC needs to get back from vacation! I'd STRONGLY suggest you send your LCC and the Program Director an email expressing your concerns and ask for a support meeting. Because if you do end up wanting to rematch, trust me that it's a huge pain to deal with jumping through those hoops at that point. Or at least it was for us with CCAP, when our program director insisted we go through a formal support meeting process and waiting period when we had finally had enough of our au pair's constant lying, property damage, and FAILURE TO PICK UP OUR CHILDREN. Ugh. Get your documentation in place in case you need it for the future![/quote]
