+1000. I am well regarded at work mainly because I am dependable and people see me as a team player. I would never dream of going to work with the crap attitude of some of these nannies.  [/quote]

And I meant to specify I take on tasks outside of my day to day job all the time because I know it will help my manager out and I am rewarded for it. [/quote]
