[/quote] The point here is not the difference between a Nanny vs. a parent....The focus is on the fact that people are claiming no young child should EVER be left alone in the company of an individual who has a mental illness. That is the ridiculous logic that is being touted on here. So if a Nanny w/mental issues should not be around young children alone for a certain amount of time, then why is it then acceptable that a parent w/mental issues can be 24/7??!
