In fact, it's emblematic of what's wrong with DCUM's nanny forum -- namely, that it's full of lots of bitter nannies with an axe to grind. FWIW, I am positive that I pay FAR above the average salary in this town. But facts don't matter to this poster. Easier to assume I'm underpaying and wrongfully treating my nanny in every way.[/quote]
