No nanny knows more about how to handle THIS CHILD from THIS PARENT more than the parent.  Period.  If you don't agree with how the parent wants to raise their child then you shouldn't accept the job.  Nannies care for and teach someone's else's child - we do not raise them.  [/quote]

Nobody said that a nanny is raising the child, especially outside of the parameter of his parent's wishes.  Though to say that a nanny with 4x more experience than you doesnt know as much as you do about child-rearing is beyond ridiculous.  [/quote]
