All you need to do is go to London. These nannies simply KNOW what they're doing and how to do it. They've been well trained, and have extensive experience. Parents don't need to be the absentee manager of their children, because when they hire a professional nanny, they KNOW that their children are being cared for in the best possible way. There are some Americans who understand all of that, but it's not very common here.[/quote][/quote]
